Meta سان ڳنڍيل ۽ IDEA خدمتي ڊيٽا حذف ڪرڻ جي درخواست ڪريو

هي هدايتون بااختيار ڪاروباري منتظم يا استعمال ڪندڙ لاءِ آهن جيڪو IDEA کان Meta اڪائونٽ الڳ ڪرائڻ ۽ لاڳو IDEA جي ڪنٽرول هيٺ ڊيٽا سڃاڻڻ، حذف ڪرڻ يا گمنام ڪرڻ گهري ٿو.

حذف ڪرڻ جي درخواست اي ميل ڪريو رازداري جو اطلاع پڙهو

1. بااختيار درخواست موڪليو

Email admin@ideagroup.tech with the subject “Meta data deletion request” from the email associated with your account or request. For a request affecting an entire business workspace, an authorized business administrator must contact IDEA. Include the account email, business or workspace name if known, and a description of the data you want removed. A connected WABA ID or business phone number can help locate records if you know it; it is not required just to make a request.

2. اختيار ۽ دائرو تصديق ڪريو

IDEA will verify the requester's identity and authority for the requested data. A request for your own applicable data does not authorize deletion of another person's records or an entire business workspace. IDEA will confirm the scope, such as account, messages, contacts, media, Meta-connected identifiers or an administrator-authorized service closure. This verification protects the business and its customers from unauthorized deletion.

3. الڳ ڪريو ۽ لاڳو ڊيٽا حذف ڪريو

After verification, IDEA will delete or anonymize applicable IDEA-controlled records within the confirmed request scope. IDEA will disconnect a Meta connection only when its authorized administrator requests that action. Data required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, provider rules or another person's rights may be retained only for the required period.

4. حالت ۽ مڪمل ٿيڻ جي تصديق وٺو

IDEA تصديق ٿيل درخواست جي وصولي ٻڌائيندي، پيڇو ڪرڻ جو حوالو ڏيندي ۽ مڪمل ٿيڻ جي تصديق يا قانوني پابندي جي وضاحت ڪندي. پيچيده يا فراهم ڪندڙ تي دارومدار رکندڙ درخواستن ۾ وڌيڪ وقت لڳي سگهي ٿو؛ حالت تصديق ٿيل رابطي ذريعي ٻڌائي ويندي.

ڳجهي ڄاڻ ڪڏهن نه موڪليو

پاسورڊ، OTP، بحالي ڪوڊ، رسائي ٽوڪن، ايپ راز، ادائيگي ڪارڊ جي ڊيٽا يا گراهڪ جا نجي پيغام اي ميل نه ڪريو. IDEA رڳو اڪائونٽ تصديق ۽ ڳولڻ لاءِ گهربل محدود سڃاڻپون گهرندي.

Meta جي رسائي هٽائجي ٿي

جتي لاڳو هجي، بااختيار منتظم ايپ کي Meta جي Apps and Websites يا Business Integrations سيٽنگن مان هٽائي سگهي ٿو؛ اهو رسائي ڏيڻ جي طريقي تي دارومدار رکي ٿو. هٿرادو سيٽ اپ وسيلي ٺهيل IDEA ڪنيڪشن لاءِ IDEA کي به گهربل ڪنيڪشن ڌار ڪرڻ لاءِ چئو. رسائي واپس وٺڻ، انهن رڪارڊن جي حذف کان الڳ آهي جن کي IDEA کي سڃاڻڻ، هٽائڻ يا قانون موجب رکڻو آهي.
