1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at ideagroup.tech and utilizing the B2B tech services provided by IDEA GROUP OF TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations, including those mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide enterprise-level technology solutions, specifically focusing on WhatsApp Cloud API integrations, native WhatsApp IVR and calling systems, Linux server management, and custom web development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

When utilizing our communication APIs (including WhatsApp API), you agree strictly to the following:

  • You must comply with Meta's Commerce and Business Policies at all times.
  • You will not use our platform to send spam, unsolicited promotional broadcasts, or illegal content.
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining explicit opt-in consent from your customers before sending them automated messages.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension of your API access and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, proprietary algorithms, website designs, and cloud architectures developed by IDEA GROUP OF TECHNOLOGIES remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company unless a specific software transfer agreement has been executed. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deployed solutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDEA GROUP OF TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use our API services, server downtimes, or Meta platform policy changes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad/Karachi.
