له Meta سره د تړلو او د IDEA خدمتي معلوماتو د ړنګولو غوښتنه وکړئ

دا لارښوونې د سوداګریز حساب مجاز مدیر یا کاروونکي لپاره دي، چې غواړي IDEA د Meta حساب بېل کړي او تر خپل واک لاندې اړوند معلومات وپېژني، ړنګ یا بې هویته کړي.

د ړنګولو غوښتنه په برېښنالیک واستوئ د محرمیت خبرتیا ولولئ

1. مجازه غوښتنه واستوئ

Email admin@ideagroup.tech with the subject “Meta data deletion request” from the email associated with your account or request. For a request affecting an entire business workspace, an authorized business administrator must contact IDEA. Include the account email, business or workspace name if known, and a description of the data you want removed. A connected WABA ID or business phone number can help locate records if you know it; it is not required just to make a request.

2. واک او ساحه تایید کړئ

IDEA will verify the requester's identity and authority for the requested data. A request for your own applicable data does not authorize deletion of another person's records or an entire business workspace. IDEA will confirm the scope, such as account, messages, contacts, media, Meta-connected identifiers or an administrator-authorized service closure. This verification protects the business and its customers from unauthorized deletion.

3. نښلون بېل او اړوند معلومات ړنګ کړئ

After verification, IDEA will delete or anonymize applicable IDEA-controlled records within the confirmed request scope. IDEA will disconnect a Meta connection only when its authorized administrator requests that action. Data required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, provider rules or another person's rights may be retained only for the required period.

4. حالت او د بشپړېدو تایید ترلاسه کړئ

IDEA به تایید شوې غوښتنه ومني، د تعقیب حواله به ورکړي او بشپړېدل به تایید یا قانوني محدودیت به بیان کړي. پېچلې یا پر چمتو کوونکي تړلې غوښتنې ډېر وخت اخیستلای شي؛ IDEA به حالت د تایید شوې اړیکې له لارې شریک کړي.

پټ معلومات هېڅکله مه استوئ

پټنوم، OTP، د بېرته ترلاسه کولو کوډ، د لاسرسي ټوکن، د اپلېکېشن راز، د تادیې کارت معلومات یا د پېرودونکو شخصي پیغامونه په برېښنالیک مه استوئ. IDEA به یوازې د حساب د تایید او موندلو لپاره محدود اړین پېژندونکي وغواړي.

د Meta لاسرسی لرې کول

چې اړوند وي، مجاز مدیر د لاسرسي د ورکړې له ډول سره سم اپلېکېشن د Meta د Apps and Websites یا Business Integrations له امستنو لرې کولای شي. که د IDEA نښلون په لاسي تنظیم جوړ شوی وي، له IDEA څخه هم د هماغه نښلون بېلول وغواړئ. د لاسرسي باطلول د هغو ریکارډونو له ړنګولو جلا دي چې IDEA یې باید وپېژني، لرې یا په قانوني ډول وساتي.
