The selected package, published limits, chosen add-ons and the final reviewed order form define what IDEA will provision. This is managed onboarding, not instant self-service activation.

Know the operating and billing rules before onboarding
A short, readable summary for Pakistan managed pilots. The final reviewed order form or invoice records the client-specific agreement.
2. Billing and first payment
The one-time setup fee and first monthly fee are due before onboarding begins. Recurring billing, any overage and approved add-ons follow the final order or invoice. Automatic invoices and card checkout are not promised by this pilot flow.
3. Meta, provider and taxes
IDEA package prices do not include Meta/provider message or call charges, third-party fees or applicable taxes. Eligibility and approval remain dependent on the relevant provider.
4. Fair use and capacity
Incoming call minutes are metered across the full call, including AI and browser-agent time, then aggregated monthly and rounded up to a whole minute. Calls are not automatically cut off at the allowance; published overage applies. Extra concurrent capacity needs validation and a custom quote.
5. Support and service levels
Support follows the selected package and IDEA's published business hours. Priority means queue priority, not a guaranteed response or resolution time. Any contractual SLA must be written in the final order form.
6. Customer responsibilities and safety
The client provides an authorized number, required Meta verification, approved content, consent and suitable devices/internet. Passwords, OTPs, recovery codes and private API secrets must never be sent in an onboarding request.
7. AI and WhatsApp policy boundaries
AI answers only from approved knowledge and fails safely when an answer is not verified. Round-the-clock AI availability does not remove WhatsApp's 24-hour free-form messaging rule; approved templates are used when required.
8. Changes, cancellation and final agreement
Package changes, cancellation timing, refunds and any special commitments are recorded in the final order form or invoice. This public page is a plain-language commercial summary; it does not replace a signed order or legal review for broad public sale.
