Managed pilot privacy summary
A plain-language operational privacy summary for the current Pakistan managed pilot. Client-specific retention and legal terms belong in the final agreement.
The public order builder works in your browser and does not save the form on this website. Information leaves the page only when you choose WhatsApp or email. IDEA then uses the submitted business, contact, billing and setup details to review and prepare the requested service.
Messages, contacts, templates, approved knowledge, media and call records belong to the client workspace and are used only to provide configured product functions, support and safety review. Each client remains responsible for lawful notices, consent and approved content.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, recovery codes or private API secrets through the public order form. Provider credentials are handled through protected administrative workflows and are not shown in normal browser screens.
WhatsApp messaging and calling depend on Meta and relevant service providers. Sending an order request by WhatsApp or email sends that information through the selected channel under that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Workspace access is role-based, customer workspaces remain separated and operational logs are designed to avoid exposing private message content or credentials. Real messages, calls and provider changes use explicit controlled actions.
