Can I use light and dark themes?
Yes. Use the theme button in the header. Your choice applies to the public website and your signed-in workspace on this browser.
Which display languages are available?
English, Urdu, Arabic, French, Sindhi, Punjabi (Shahmukhi), Balochi and Pashto. Changing the interface language does not rewrite customer messages, approved knowledge or consent disclosures.
Does the website work on mobile?
Yes. The same website menu and pages adapt to smaller screens. The Android application remains a separate product.
Can a person take over an AI conversation?
The conversation retains its manual AI and human controls. Availability and permissions still follow your workspace's saved policy.
Are every calling option and allowance included?
Calling depends on your plan, connection and provider eligibility. Review pricing and commercial terms for included allowances and separately quoted options.
